The project, valued at $50 million, is designed to support a wide range of medical services, providing state-of-the-art treatment spaces, consulting rooms, and rehabilitation facilities. This facility is an essential addition to the local healthcare infrastructure, aimed at improving community health and medical accessibility. We acted as the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) providing certification services for the project.

Our role was to ensure the project adhered to all relevant regulatory requirements and building codes, overseeing compliance throughout the construction process.
