The Gosford Health Hub is a major healthcare facility currently under construction in Gosford, with a total project value of $41 million. We are acting as the Principal Certifier (PCA) for the project and responsible for ensuring the project complies with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. The building is designed to accommodate primary, secondary and tertiary health services.  including GP practices, diagnostic imaging, pharmacies and specialist and allied health consulting rooms.

The Gosford Health Hub provides a state-of-the-art space for a wide range of healthcare services.

Once completed, the facility will enhance local healthcare offerings and improve access to specialised medical care for the community. We have issued a construction certificate for the project and our role moving forward includes inspecting key stages of construction and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance throughout the project to enable issue of an Occupation Certificate upon completion.
