Axis proudly provided building certification services for the BIHS (Bond Institute of Health & Sport) North Building at Bond University. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to support the university’s growing health sciences programs in Sports and Exercise Science, and the growth in popularity of Allied Health programs such as Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Occupational Therapy, offering modern classrooms, laboratories, and collaborative spaces.

Axis were engaged as the building certifier by ADCO Constructions and our team were engaged early in the design phase and assisted with compliance advice and certification services.

All the way through to completion we ensured the project was delivered in accordance with relevant building codes and regulations.

We worked closely with the development team to mitigate risks and achieve timely project delivery. Our certification services played a crucial role in maintaining compliance throughout the construction process, ensuring the BIHS North Building was ready for its academic purpose. The $45 Million project is of great value to Bond University, with 11,500m2 of new learning spaces available for the University’s allied health programs.
