Our team assisted with certification for the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Residential Care Facility in Southport. This purpose-built facility features specialised care units designed to provide accessible, high-quality living spaces for individuals with complex disabilities. Offering high physical support for residents requiring extensive assistance, the building includes specialty accommodation spaces and a on-site carers units.

The design ensures a supportive and fully equipped environment for both residents and caregivers. We worked closely with the project team to ensure full compliance with the Building Code for residential care facilities, as well as all local building regulations.
